$100,000 raised by Viti Spinal Injuries Ball

$100,000 has been raised through the Viti Spinal Injuries Association of Fiji Old Skool Ball that focused to raise funds to assist those living with spinal injuries.

This has been confirmed that the Viti Spinal Injuries Association of Fiji Secretary Kula McGoon who had earlier said that the association had a target to raise $60,000.

She adds that since the fundraiser a lot of interest from people to donate online continues to pour through to assist those living with spinal injuries.

McGoon says this has been a huge success.

A huge part of the fundraiser was an All Blacks Jersey signed and donated by the world’s best openside flanker Richie McCaw which was auctioned for $1,000.

In addition, DJ Forbes and Eric Rush All Blacks jerseys were also auctioned for $500 each.
